As the county's Workforce Investment Board (the "WIB"), The Bennington County School and Workforce Partnership will continue with the process of researching and documenting the workforce needs in the county, moving on to Education and other industry sectors.

More importantly, the ultimate value of this work will be judged by actual advances made in improving the quality of the Bennington County workforce. This will take the efforts of many, and we believe that the Recommendations in this Plan (with revisions as necessary based on feedback) can form the basis for organizing collaborations and taking ACTION.
